Meet the Capital and Coast District Health Board candidates
The Public Health Association (Wellington Branch) and UCAN (United Community Action Network Aotearoa NZ) are co-hosting this event to raise awareness about the DHB elections and profile the candidates via a 'Meet the CCDHB candidates' event.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for voters to find out what the CCDHB candidates stand for, and to ask some of your questions. Last elections we held a similar event which was very well attended. Please save the date in the meantime, prepare your questions and bring your friends.
We will also be launching our DHB candidates scorecard based on a survey we sent to candidates to find out how aligned they are with our public health values. You can pick up your copy at the event and please share it with friends and colleagues.
When: Wed 18 September, 6:00 - 7:30pm (doors open 5:30 with light refreshments provided)
Where: St Johns Centre, corner of Willis and Dixon Streets, Wellington
MC: Prof Philippa Howden-Chapman, University of Otago Wellington
All welcome, free. No need to RSVP.
