As the PHANZ Policy Analyst - Pou Kaupapa Here, you will lead all aspects of public health policy development, submission development, and policy communications for the organisation. You will ensure Māori positions are applied to all public health policy development and analysis. Your primary working relationships will be with PHANZ kaimahi, including the Chief Executive (CE), PHANZ policy partners, members, and the PHANZ Policy Working Group. You will lead the policy statement development process and coordinate the Policy Working Group each month. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting all public health policy communications and support the delivery of policy events and coordination with the CE and the Policy Working Group.
