Concentrix Leadership Scholarships
$5000 towards tuition fees 2x Leadership Scholarships. To be eligible: Must be a NZ citizen or hold a NZ Permanent Resident visa, currently enrolled in any Unitec undergraduate programme (Level 5+), achieve a grade point average of B- or above for previous study completed at Unitec.

Diverse Gender Scholarship
$2000 towards course costs for FULL-TIME STUDY or $1000 towards course costs for PART-TIME STUDY. To be eligible: Be studying in a programme for at least a year longer either full-time or part-time, be a domestic student, identify as a diverse gender.

$5000 towards tuition fees. To be eligible: Must be NZ citizen or hold a NZ Permanent Resident visa, current school leaver, have submitted an application to Unitec to be admitted full-time into a Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automotive, or Fabrication Certificate, Diploma or Degree Level.

YWCA Pacific Women’s Future Leaders Scholarship
$5000 towards tuition fees. To be eligible: NZ citizen or hold a NZ Permanent Resident visa, current school leaver, currently involved in the YWCA Future Leaders programme, have submitted an application to Unitec to be admitted full-time in a Diploma or Degree Level programme.

Waitemata DHB Scholarships
Award value varies. To be eligible: Pacific and Maori residents of the Waitemata region (North Shore City, Waitakere City and Rodney District) undertaking health-specific tertiary study. This includes: Dental therapy, dietetics, medicine, midwifery, nursing, physiotherapy and occupational therapy, NZ citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency, financial need, community involvement.

Youth Guarantee Funding
Full Tuition fees for maximum of TWO YEARS (conditions apply). To be eligible: Must be between 16 - 19 years at the start of their programme, must be NZ citizen or NZ Permanent Resident, must be enrolled in an approved Youth Guarantee Level 1, 2 or 3 programme (minimum credit of 60).

Pacific Island Polynesian Education, Foundation Scholarships: Norman Kirk Memorial Trust Scholarship
$1000. To be eligible: Adult/mature Pasifika students enrolled full-time at a NZ tertiary institution (25 years and over), Pacific Island descent facing financial and other difficulties in starting or continuing studies, NZ citizen or NZ Permanent Resident.

GCSB Women in STEM Scholarship
$10,000. To be eligible: Female 2nd year in tertiary studies (including Masters and Honours students), full-time course of study in science, technology, computer engineering, mathematics, data science and cyber security at ANY NZ tertiary institution. Female over age of 18 years, NZ citizen for at least 10 years or hold NZ Permanent Resident, enrolled or accepted to enrol in a full-time degree majoring in science, engineering and mathematics.

Pacific People Support Funds
Maximum $1200 allocated per trainee. Up to $200 can be used for course-related costs. To be eligible: Must be of Pacific Island descent, enrolled in Ministry of Health funded training programs (regulated and non-regulated workforce), established cultural links to Pacific communities, enrolled in a HWNZ funded training programme & name appears in the HWNZ report one database. Not Eligible: Applicant has received scholarships and other funding from the Ministry that covers any of the same components of the specification Funds are only accessible once the application process has been completed and accepted by HWNZ.

AUT Kiwas Scholarships (Maori and Pacific)
$ 6,500 awarded for one year only (undergraduate 1st year). To be eligible: Applicant must be studying an NZQA recognized qualification at a NZ secondary school, applicant must be intending to enrol for 1st year in a full time degree programme of study in AUT, must be NZ citizen or permanent resident, Pacific and Maori descent.

Michael Synnott Scholarship (University of Auckaland)
Up to $5000 award up to 4 years. To be eligible: Pacific and Maori descent, enrol in any undergraduate Bachelors or conjoint degree at the University of Auckland, currently residing in/attending a secondary school in the suburbs of Otara, Papatoetoe, Mangere, Manurewa, Otahuhu and Papakura (South Auckland region). Recipient must gain admission to the University of Auckland with a GPE of 3.0 or above and be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate degree.

Value: Ongoing support is provided throughout the process. For graduate or post graduate study. $10,000 for Medical and Dentistry students, $ 5000 for all remaining qualifications. Toloa Tertiary Scholarships
$9000 per year. Application for 2nd year, third and/ fourth year of study. Application for undergraduates or postgraduates. Scholarships and Grants
The Nursing Education and Research Foundation (NERF) and NZNO offer NZNO members a range of scholarships and grants. These grants are funded from various trusts including the Gretta and Harry Hamblin Trust and the McCutchan Trust. NZNO also administers a range of other NZNO local and national grants.
NERF's mission is to promote excellence in nursing and health care by providing funding opportunities for education and research.
Scholarships and grants are generally only available to current NZNO members.
