phanz Annual General Meeting 2024

The Public Health Association of New Zealand Annual General Meeting will be held Monday, 25 November 2024 at 12:00pm in person in Wellington or virtually via MS Teams.

The final notice of AGM, including annual report and proxy forms will be made available to members on 25 October 2024.

  • 27 September - Remits due to branches and caucuses

  • 17 October - Nominations open for the 1x General Seat vacancy on the Executive Council

  • 25 October - Final notice of AGM, including annual report and proxy forms available to members

  • 29 October - PHANZ members register closed for elections

  • 7 November - Voting opens

  • 21 November - Voting and proxy close

  • 25 November - AGM held

  • 26 November - PHANZ members register reopened

AGM DOCUMENTS

  • Remits must be received by your branch or caucus no later than 5pm, Friday 27 September 2024.

  • Elections open for the one vacant general seat on the Executive Council on 17 October 2024.

    There is one other vacancy for a Māori representative. The process of election for this role will be determined by the Māori Caucus.
